Jane Michuki is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 36 years of extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. She is the Managing Partner at Kimani & Michuki Advocates, where she brings expertise in contract negotiations, securities perfection, and financial transactions. Her profound knowledge in commercial law has led her to spearhead legal teams in significant financial sector transactions. Jane also has a solid foundation in international law, leading teams in various cross-border transactions for both local and international clients.

Previously, Jane served as a Board Member and Chairperson of the Institute for Education in Democracy, a Founding Member, Trustee, and Vice Chairperson of the Federation of Women Lawyers, and a Board Member at British American Tobacco Kenya, Women in Law and Development in Africa (WiLDAF), and *The Star*. Currently, she is a Board Member at Nyumbani Children’s Home and serves as Chairperson of the National Construction Authority of Kenya.
